JOLLIES IS A GROUND FLOOR HOLIDAY APARTMENT ON THE PROMENADE
in Playa Del Ingles, Gran Canaria

This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment for 2 to 4 people** - on the promenade in Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria. The pool is just yards from the apartment terrace and is set in matured gardens, and is shared with just 7 other apartments!! With the exception of Christmas and New Year our rental price is £330pw all year
** The maximum occupancy is 4 persons for couples and 4 persons for families but only 2 persons for singles.

It is walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, clubs & shops, i.e:-
2 minutes to the Tropical centre - with shops bars & restaurants,
5 minutes to the Irish centre
10 minutes to the Kasbah with restaurants shops & nightclubs
etc. etc.

The lounge is in bedsit style with 2 single beds, throws & cushions

Even with a king sized bed and fitted wardrobes the bedroom is very spacious

The new wetroom was put in last year. Complete with vanity unit, mirror, spotlights and tea plate sized shower head!!

The pool is just yards from the apartment terrace and is set in matured gardens.The location is perfect!

The rental price includes bedlinen and towels but not pool towels. It includes departure cleaning but does not include cleaning during your stay.

Except for August the pool area in this small complex is quiet and frequently our clients have it all to themselves!!

The garden gate leads straight onto the promenade.
The Jollies ground floor apartment, pool & gardens cannot be seen by anyone walking on the promenade.

The pedestrianised promenade runs at the front of the property but the pool & gardens are hidden behind a thick hibiscus hedge & palms ensuring privacy.

Young or old, this location has something for everyone. We're in the heart of the resort so car hire certainly isn't necessary. See our transport section below. There are many companies offering excursions in the resort. Indeed, our own house managers offer Island tours - take in the stunning mountain views and visit the small villages hidden away from the resort.

RENTAL RATES & BOOKING INFORMATION

Our prices are NOT per person they are for property rental !!

Christmas & New Year Period		£440 per week rental
All other dates in 2008 & 2009		£330 per week rental

The refundable damage deposit is £50

Booking deposit is £100 for bookings of up to 21 nights.

Balance is to be paid at least 8 weeks before your holiday

Bookings where the holiday is less than 8 weeks away must be paid in full.

Payable by debit or credit card (on-line only)/Paypal/cheque

Rental includes bedlinen & towels but not pool towels

Start and end your holiday on a day of your choosing

Minimum booking is 7 nights. Additional nights pro rata

Above 7 nights you don't have to book complete weeks

Optional: Airport pick-up/return by our English property managers at a cost of 35 euro's each way (payable locally). You must read "Airport Pick-ups" in our Terms & Conditions before booking.

The weekly rental price is for property rental only. We offer FREE pre-arrival and departure cleaning. The apartment will be spotless for your arrival. The rental price does not include cleaning or linen changes during your stay. There is an outline of our cleaning policy below but we recommend viewing the full cleaning details. These should provide answers to any questions you may have.

Cleaning policy in 2008:- Linen changes and cleaning are an optional extra for stays of 14 nights or less, but are obligatory for each week beyond the first two at a cost of 35 euro's per weekly clean with linen change (see here for full details).
Cleaning policy in 2009:- It is obligatory to have weekly clean with linen change for bookings of 8 nights & over (see here for full details}.

Wheelchair available for weekly rental at a cost of £35 (must be pre-booked)

IMPORTANT POINT TO NOTE IF MAKING AN AUGUST BOOKING
August is when the Spanish owners of the other 7 apartments holiday in their apartments. The pool & gardens of this small complex are often tranquil for 11 months of the year but in August it can be busy.

How to Book?
Contact me by email and confirm the dates you want. (IMPORTANT: Please ensure you add our address to your address book to ensure our reply doesn't end up in your junk mail !!). I will need your email address and phone number. Once I have confirmed the dates are available you must then let me know if you want to make the booking.. Do not make a payment until you receive specific written confirmation that the dates are being temporarily held for you, awaiting payment. Payment can be made on-line using the link below. This link takes you direct to the Jollies payment window at Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account yourself, simply a debit or credit card. If your dates are more than 8 weeks ahead you can reserve the dates with a £100 payment. If your holiday dates are within 8 weeks you need to pay the full rental plus the £50 refundable damage deposit. PAYMENT LINK:- Click here . What happens then? I then email you a booking form which can be completed on-line and emailed back to me. I also email you an invoice showing the booking details, the amount paid, the balance and the date the balance is due. I will provide you with my fact sheet which should answer most of your questions. Once I have received payment and your completed booking form your reservation is complete. It is a condition of booking that you have holiday insurance and accept our Terms and Conditions.
